It can take up to 100 days for the materials in a new mattress to adjust to your sleep positions. Because of this, we give you a total of 365 days (12 months) to ensure your mattress is right for you. If at any time during the first 365 days, you feel a different mattress would work better, the following policy will apply:
Sweet Dreams Mattress Center must be notified and reselection must occur between 100 and 365 days of the original pickup or delivery date.
Sweet Dreams Mattress Center will allow a one-time reselection of a new mattress of your choice. The original mattress must be returned in its original condition and must be stain-free. A mattress protector must be purchased and listed on the same invoice of the mattress at time of purchase. All mattresses must be on a foundation that is free of defect and is designed to support the selected mattress. All mattress exchanges will be for the same size as the original selection.
Reselections are not valid on special orders, custom size orders, floor models, overstock, closeout, clearance models, or mattresses under $299. Additional Delivery fees apply with reselections. Delivery fees are non-refundable. This policy will be honored on a one-time basis. If an item of greater value is selected, the difference in price will be charged. No refunds apply.
Pillows must be in original packaging, free of stains and have not been laundered or altered in any way. Store credit will be provided. The store credit can be used toward any product in the store.
Excludes special order pillows that are not normally stocked.
Bedding accessories such as structures, foundations, protectors, comforters, and sheets are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless unopened, in original packaging, or a manufacturer’s warranty issue applies. A store credit will be provided.
Delivery fees are non-refundable. Additional Delivery fees apply on all applicable reselections.
